Add animation to toggle when VPN is connecting/disconnecting

Description

The difference between when the connection is in progress and when it is already connected to the VPN is only in the inscription, which is not very informative.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add an animation to the toggle button when VPN is connecting/disconnecting. There is also such an animation in the desktop app.

Thanks for the feedback. We'll try to implement similar animation/progress indicator in the mobile apps as well.

Add a pop up alert when disconnected also show “attempting to reconnect” and remain on the screen until done
