Installing compiled modules on a different machine

What is the process to install this on machine B, when I have compiled this on machine A ?

I don't want to deploy a full blown development environment on my production server.

Now from Debian sid, Ubuntu 19.10+ on you can just apt-get install libnfsidmap-regex
