feature suggestion: allow refreshing/reloading annotations

sometimes, even after displaying properly, annotations will inexplicably move closer to the center of the video, and change sizes (look at this screenshot of this monstercat video)

a feature to refresh or reload annotations would be useful so that these could be fixed without reloading the whole page

it also sometimes does the opposite, moving away from the centre of the video (funnily enough, i was watching the exact same video)
