autosave after preset time

Can be an opt-in, but it would be nice if the notes were autosaving after a debounce. Google Keep currently does this, and I think it would help people move away from them more if they had that specific functionality.

this is such a great QOL change. I would love to see it work on pressing back as well, keeps happening to me.
Or maybe an adjustable inactivity timer if possible?

Also just noticed: if i have a checklist, toggling doesn't trigger the autosave. So that back trigger along with toggle debouncing would be solid 🙂

Are you sure it doesn't trigger on toggling a list item? For me it does actually.
Well, on v1.10.0, auto save will also trigger on back gesture or button :)
PS: Autosave will be activated by default too
