Describe the documentation issue

Would it be possible to share the used command line that was used to generate binaries ? Specifically I would be interested if the generic interface option of ORT was used which enables registering other EPs.
Also does this library support DirectML as well ?

Ideally I would like to understand what exact build command line is used for the generated binaries.
I want to make sure the binaries uploaded are compatible with an ONNX Runtime main library that was compiled with CUDA EP or any other execution provider. There can be an incompatibility due to additional interface functions.

To build OVEP binaries:

build.bat --config Release --use_openvino CPU --build_shared_lib --build_wheel --skip_tests --parallel

To build the NuGet package for OVEP with binaries :

set IsReleaseBuild=true
build.bat --build --update --config RelWithDebInfo --cmake_generator "Visual Studio 17 2022" --use_openvino --build_wheel --build_shared_lib --skip_tests --parallel --build_nuget

Ok would it be possible to add the option for a generic interface for any uploaded OV binaries ?

This is important to be able to runtime load the library with an ORT lib that was compiled with CUDA support for example.
