Host → VM clipboard not working when “Capture system keyboard shortcuts” is enabled

Hi, I’m wondering if clipboard sharing from host → VM only works when “Capture system keyboard shortcuts” is turned off.

When it’s off, I can copy text from the host and paste it into the VM, but system shortcuts (like Spotlight search) stop working. When it’s on, the shortcuts work, but copying from host → VM no longer works.

I’m currently using macOS Tahoe 26.3.1 (both host and vm). Please let me know if I am missing something.
