Guest App Image Error

I'm getting the following error when trying to run Sequoia from Tahoe. the VM does startup, but it has no guess app installed.

An error occurred when VirtualBuddy attempted to generate the disk image for the guest app. Restarting the app might fix it.

The virtual machine will boot normally, but the guest app disk image will not be mounted.

If the virtual machine already has the guest app installed, it will not be updated to the latest version.

Are you running macOS Tahoe 26.4 by any chance? It has known issues mounting disk images.
