Nvidia GPU not recognized

I have the following Nvidia GPU available:

Yet when I run it , it does not use the GPU ( after platform_name='CUDA' too)
I'm getting very low 1-10 ns/day on the CPU it uses.
Anything I can do @ingcoder ?
