Even on recent image from July, it moved to docker.io/bitnamilegacy/minio:2025.7.23-debian-12-r3

with current bitnami politics for images and binary builds it's not a comfortable s3 server implementation for small systems. I'm seeing few possible replacements e.g. https://hub.docker.com/r/rustfs/rustfs or https://hub.docker.com/r/dxflrs/garage
