MySQL 5.7 is not available for RHEL8, so you can start it with el7:

Async replication while docker-image is specified is not implemented in the current version and I think I will make it for the anydbver variant in golang.

Currently there is only group replication as a PoC:

./anydbver deploy node0 mysql:8.0,docker-image,group-replication node1 mysql:8.0,docker-image,master=node0,group-replication

As you can see it's pretty easy to reproduce the issue if I know:

• exact ./anydbver deploy ... command
• the provider (Docker (which version? what OS/Linux distribution you are using?)
• Is it a deployment based on package installations or docker-image version (visible from deploy command)
• Anydbver prints all steps and many error messages in case of faults, a full output for the deploy command will be really useful
• non- "docker-image" version runs ansible you may debug it with verbose run, e.g. to run ansible only against node1 with verbose output: ansible-playbook -i ansible_hosts_run playbook.yml --limit $USER.node1 -vvv
• If you are not using docker-image, the database is installed from public repositories. rpm/deb files could be removed by vendor or download paths could be changed. Usually such issues are fixed in next anydbver revisions, thus git pull could help.
• If you have executed ./anydbver update manually to parse vendor's sites and get fresh versions, anydbver_version.db sqlite3 database is modified, run git reset --hard to drop the change and run git pull again if needed.
