Event times are in UTC but the user's local time is given in the top right of the events page

As you can see, the event time is given in UTC (16:00 UTC), while the time in the top right is my local time obtained from my Twitter profile (11:00 EST). The times should be updated so that they match - either they both use UTC or both use the user's local time.
