Should Appendix E: List of participants be updated to include a list of participants from the TG-Meta meeting in Galway?

Hi Erin,
Very delayed reply. Good question. Raises more general issue how to capture participation on an ongoing basis. Original mailing list is very long with only a subset of people making contributions. Then new people have come in and others dropped off. Does github reduce this need where all the contributions are captured?

Hey Tim,
Here's my very delayed reply. 😉 All contributions to GitHub are logged, so if anyone makes a PR that is successfully merged into the main branch, they will be listed here. We could break Appendix E up into sections - list of contributors of version 1, list of contributors for version 2, etc. instead of adding everyone on the TG-Meta list. Or, add a link to the list of contributors on GitHub.
