QE of mDOM PMT currently used is the mean of old (R12199) and new PMTs (R15458) measured in Erlangen. There are systematics between both data sets, so taking the average was probably not well justified. Effective area measurements of DVT09 show better agreement with QE curve of R15458 instead of the combination of both data sets.
