Problem in configuration of incident overview

Hello Everyone.
I am trying to setup incident overview on my local machine. During configuration each and everything working fine. Grade build is OK, server launched properly. You said that it will make war file with name incident-overview but when i build gradle it generate incident_overview.war. When i access it in browser it generate error of "CONTEXT ROOT NOT FOUND". please assist me how to proceed. I am attaching all images for better understanding as well. kindly guide me in detail how to resolve this issue.

I also captured q radar packets there is no communication done on q radar side.
