Feature Request: Add support for models like GPT-5 and GPT-5 mini

Hello Chainforge team,

First of all, thank you for creating and maintaining this fantastic tool! It's incredibly useful for prototyping and testing LLM workflows.

With the ongoing rapid advancements in language models, I was wondering if there are any plans to add support for lastest OpenAI models, specifically GPT-5 and GPT-5 mini.

Could you please share any insights on your roadmap regarding this? Thank you for your time and consideration.

If someone wants to submit a PR, we'd be all for it!

The just of it is that OpenAI has made it harder than ever to upgrade to new models due to their constant changing of their API. When I looked at this when gpt-5 was released, that was the conclusion I came to—that the change was not as trivial as adding more model names. But, at the time, I couldn't test it either. So, maybe things have changed.
