Improve documentation to make information more organized and accessible

I propose that we take some time to improve the organisation and accessibility of our documentation. This could involve reorganising the existing content into more intuitive sections, creating a table of contents or index to help users quickly find what they're looking for, or adding more detailed explanations and examples to clarify complex concepts.

Improving our documentation would not only benefit our team by making it easier to onboard new members and maintain consistency, but it would also enhance the experience for our users by providing them with clear and concise information about our project.
