First of all, you're comparing apples with oranges.
Simply put, flink is a stream processor(target computing) and hstreamdb is a streaming database(target storage && computing).

First of all, thank you for your answer. Since I am new to hstream, there is still a lot I don't know. Can you tell me why hstream is going to store data and what is the use case for this feature?
