We should test the OIDC provider
Current Behavior
OIDC provider is untested
Benefits
- Better test coverage
- Outlines code expectations
- Enhances code confidence
Extra Information
We may need to use a mock OIDC server to test this out on. More research is needed to verify. This may be a heavy lift if we need to write a testing harness for OIDC workflows.
