Problem: candidates can't discover trial tasks naturally

Problem

The trial-task label creates a separate filtered list that candidates must be directed to explicitly. It is disconnected from the Goal/Problem/Solution workflow the rest of the team uses, and it requires manual label maintenance to keep the list relevant.

Solution

Remove references to the trial-task label from the follow-up comment and replace them with a pointer to open Goal, Problem, or Bug issues. Candidates pick up real backlog items directly — no separate label, no Google Doc, no parallel workflow.
