Doesn't play well with ob-haskell

I'm having to use "17.5" haskell mode to get it to play well with ob-haskell (ob-haskell.el comes with elpa/org-9.8) and do org-mode babel in an org-mode file. haskell.el:

 Any ideas what's up? I know it's just me and that guy in Botswana that use Haskell Babel, but still...
