publish 9.14 images?

Since #170 is merged, I was hoping for 9.14 images on https://hub.docker.com/_/haskell but most recent is 9.12. Do you plan to release 9.14 images?

NB - I wanted to use the new 9.14 feature "expressions in specialize pragmas". I can of course ifdef around it.
