Hi, I'm wondering if we can/should do an 0.11.0 release off HEAD.
In particular the syn 2.0 update is relevant to me; it fixes a bug I was encountering where you couldn't do #[doc = include_str!(blah)] on a packed_struct.
I can use a git hash no prob but figure it might help others if we did a proper release.
I'm happy to do the legwork but I'm not sure what can be done by someone who's not a repo owner.
