ld-analyse and the TBC library contain untestable functionality #993
Description
ld-analyse supports dual-TBCs via the TBC library (with the luma and chroma in separate files) - but ld-decode.py cannot produce such files.
Therefore, it's not testable within the project (and that's bad(tm)).
Can the dual TBC functionality be upstreamed? Can we support outputting LDs as two TBCs? or should the ld-analyse/TBC library feature be removed and in downstream only?
