Ability to implement headers (H1, H2, H3)

We want users to be able to implement different levels of headlines. At the moment, users are not able to take advantage of the full realm of heading elements in posts. We will want to change the Hugo rendering such that different levels of headings in the markdown language an can be rendered appropriately in the blog posts.
