Change running stats indicators to badges

Under the question is a text box that shows the current time and if the running total is a new record then it show "NEW RECORD". Turns out that the kids watch this.

Thinking that it would be easier for them to see this and keep an eye on it if it was a badge higher up next to the question they're working on. So just to the right of the question have 2 new badges.

• The current time for this question badge. If it's still under 2 seconds since the question started then this will show Gold, under 3 Silver tec.
• A new Green badge with N in it if the current timings will result in a new record.
