Roadmap: File preview and artifact workflows

Goal

Make MyCodex feel less like a chat window and more like a workspace where users can inspect, download, and reuse the files an Agent creates.

Current direction

The desktop app already shows result files next to the conversation. This area should become stronger for real work:

• Preview Markdown, text, CSV, JSON, HTML, logs, XML, and other text files.
• Preview images and PDFs.
• Download files or open them with the system app.
• Keep result files attached to the conversation and project.
• Make it easy to continue from a generated file instead of starting over.

Feedback wanted

Please comment with:

• Which file types you use most.
• Whether preview, download, or open-with-system-app matters more.
• What generated output you expect from MyCodex: reports, tables, screenshots, code, PDFs, slides, or something else.
• Any file workflow that is painful today.
