Trigger similarity check on file submission #39
Description
See the wiki for assistance with the similarity checker.
Suggested approach: use Guzzle to make a POST request to the service (i.e. hit http://localhost:4910/... using Guzzle) from PHP when the file has finished extracting (so this will depend on that being done first). Note that results are not instant, so the request just has to be made to trigger the check to run.
