Add a rank to each character selected according to the tierlist proposed by the site: https://genshin.gg/tier-list/

Is this addition relevant to you? If so, I'll make a pull request to modify all the characters according to their rank.

@Houka4C The tier list is subjective depending on which website you visit. As such, I am afraid there is little value to having it and we would rather spend efforts on addressing #133. I appreciate you though reaching out to us on this <3.
