'Show edge weights on labels' selected alone doesn't do anything

Describe the bug

I see weights only if I select both options in the view options

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Go to view options in any graph
2. Select 'show edge weights' but not 'display edge names'
3. See if you are able to see numbers displayed on edges, without edge names
4. See error

What's the expected result? What's the actual result?

When there is an option to see edge weights - and possibly weights only, I think 'why not? Let's see weights only, but I can't.'

Is it on a desktop? What is your operating system and browser?

Is it on a smartphone? What is your device? [e.g. iPhone, Samsung etc.]
