Improve release notes

First of all thanks for nice lib! And could you please improve the release notes' format and clarity? It's quite hard to follow what has been changed.

Thanks, good to know! But it seems it still does not correlate to each release well, it's more like a blog (with lots of details and examples, which is definitely helpful), rather than changelog (short summary of what has been changed in particular release). I mean the last post there is related to https://github.com/gramiojs/gramio/releases/tag/v0.7.0 (and probably a couple releases before), but you have released 2 minor (0.8.0 and 0.9.0) and a couple of patches (0.8.1-0.8.3) in between, and some release notes are readable, others are not so clear.
