Tag a new version up to date with the last stable version

Hello,

I would like to use the [`rpc/v2/RegisterInterceptFunc`](https://github.com/gorilla/rpc/blob/5c1378103183095acc1b9289ac1475e3bc1e818e/v2/server.go#L81) method available on the `master`, but I noticed that the method is not available on the latest version of the project.

Could you publish a new version which contains all the news implemented in the master ?
