Is it possible to block individual options in Developer options using TestDPC?

Hello,

1. I want to block access to some options, for example Running services or USB Debugging or any other option. I don't want to block the entire Developer options.

2. Another example. In Running services, I want to block only some apps, so that I don't stop them in the background.

If these features are not available, please make them in a feature update. If it's not possible to block access to individual options, then make a option to block the entire Developer options.
