Deprecation Notice of Scheduled Notebooks

Due to low usage of scheduled notebooks and our need to focus on areas of growing interest, we're turning this feature off starting today, Friday March 27th, 2026.
If you think this is a mistake, we'd love to hear how you used scheduled notebooks- submit feedback here. We read every submission.

I’m using Colab for the Numerai competition https://numer.ai/.
For this, I use notebooks scheduled to run twice a day.

I need a runtime environment with plenty of RAM and powerful GPUs and TPUs.

I use Python; complex logic is contained in scripts,
with top-level orchestration code in notebooks.

I use Google Colab notebooks for both training and creating predictions/submissions.
Manual execution via Notebook can be very helpful for debugging and restarting.
The automatic execution of the notebooks was very practical for the daily submissions.

having schedule was one of the reasons I switched from Pro to Pro+.

So now I have to look for another alternative, which I regret.

Would it be worth considering making this feature a paid service?
