Improve discoverability of documentation

I was trying out the slideshow feature, and it was unclear how it decided what to split into separate slides. @cuffjosie clarified in #5675 (comment) that there is in fact a logic to it, but I never came across that documentation, despite searching for it. The product documentation is currently scattered across:

• The Welcome to Colab notebook

• The Example notebooks

  

• The repository notebooks

• The FAQ

Describe the solution you'd like

A single place to browse/search Colab documentation. Having used Colab for years, the product seems like it may be at a point of maturity where it would benefit from a proper documentation site with search.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I imagine that the Colab team likes showing the functionality via the product (i.e. having documentation as notebooks in Colab). As a good-enough solution, it would be helpful to ensure that everything is cross-linked. Specific to my initial problem: Ensure that the slideshow notebook is linked from Welcome to Colab / the Examples.

Additional context

I teach using Colab, so the desire for discoverability is partially for me, partially for my students.

I know this is kind of unrelated, but have you also tried to use forms with some code that looks for errors in the submitted form data? It's very nice for interactive forms which students can run and it will check whether they inputted a correct answers to the form fields.
