Idea: JSON marshalling

The TCG TSS 2.0 JSON Data Types and Policy Language Specification defines JSON serialization/deserialization rules for all the different TPM types.

I believe that these rules would make sense to integrate into this library. This is something I'd be willing to send patches for, though I would want to first get confirmation that this fits the scope of this library and doesn't belong somewhere else.

That spec is a bit out of date and not being maintained, so I would not recommend building anything intended for production use against it.

Hi @chrisfenner, I wanted to better integrate the go-tpm library with the tpm2-tss C library. My goal was to support creating policies using the Features api using tools built using tpm2-tss, so that I can write a Golang application that “plays nicely” with user customization re: PCRs, TCTI, policies.

I think if we could get that spec up-to-date, it would be really nice for interoperation between go-tpm, the C TSS, and TPM-RS (https://github.com/tpm-rs/tpm-rs).

I'll bring this up at the TPM workgroup meeting to see if there's interest.
