On gemini Gemini CLI v0.41.1 attempting to rung /memory add some text results in error:

Tool "save_memory" not found. Did you mean one of: "ask_user", "list_directory", "grep_search"?
What did you expect to happen?
i expected the the save_memory tool to be called.
