I used to run the wiki at carboxymoron.com/godwars2.

Was searching God Wars 2 on a whim and found this. Frankly, I don't remember many details of the game, but the page on lockpicking with game output instantly brought me back :)

Got a bit of a fright when godwars2.org appeared down, but looks like the game is still up on port 3000.

Anyway just happy to see this page. Best wishes to all.

Went on a little trip down memory lane. Writing down the last good archive dates of some sites for later.

  • Many topics weren't archived. Seems the site was only crawled extensively in 2007 and 2010 based on the full list of URLs, so try the forum pages around those dates.

The legend himself. I went down a lot of those same web archives, and have a lot of those downloaded to some hard drive locally. I would love to have your copies of things if you can find them. It might be time to return to this whole world...
