Also experiencing this issue. Have successfully obtained the access_token via the Webform flow and then when I try to use the charge API, I also get the response "error": "This app is not provisioned for this api".
any updates on this?

Hello! You have to manually send an email to Globe Labs to activate it for you. They're very welcoming to such requests, just tell them you need it enabled. 😬
