Constant Change Reported in Puppet Dashboard

The archive task constantly causes a change to be reported in the Puppet Dashboard - is there a way to stop this behaviour that I have missed?

Wrapped the archive and file resources in idea::base with the following unless and seem to have solved the problem...

unless "[ -d '/opt/idea-${version}']" { ... }

..is anyone else experiencing/noticing the same behaviour?
