LAIKA Object Detection Pipeline Integration

This issue is raised to review the addition of the LAIKA object detection pipeline.
Details:

Project: LAIKA — a YOLOv8-based object detection system for space station equipment.

Purpose: Ensure code and documentation are complete, conform to repository standards, and are ready for merge.

Checklist:

• Verify dataset preprocessing, model training script, inference script.
• Confirm dependencies and instructions in README.md are accurate.
• Validate performance metrics (mAP, F1-score) are noted and reproducible.
• Check compliance with code style and repository contribution guidelines.
  Action: Assign reviewers, label as “Hacktoberfest” if applicable, and merge once all checks pass.
