I've got some feedback that sim_blq option doesn't work correctly for dv_ipred/dv_pred. (ctr%>%pmx_plot_dv_ipred(sim_blq = TRUE))
We've implemented earlier this year a bug fix for sim_blq for residuals. Let's recheck it for dv and implement a test for it.
