[FEAT] Add Svelte bindings for persistent-text-streaming

I'd like to add a Svelte implementation that mirrors the React hook functionality

Would you accept a PR for this feature? Do you have any architectural preferences for the implementation? Thanks!

Go for it! I'm not a svelte expert, but if you put up the PR we can get an alpha version for you to play with. I just can't commit to maintaining the svelte code, so it'll be marked as beta / community supported. Also fine to fork this and maintain a svelte version yourself under another package name if you want. So long as the component name is the same, it can get dropped in without any data migration needed

is it possible to use this with the Convex agent component?
I'd love to get the convenience of the agent component but with real HTTP streaming. It would be ideal to have immediate tokens when connected, with Convex deltas as a fallback for reconnections/page reloads.

Is there a way to combine both components?

Yes you can consume an http stream and merge the messages being synced. And by returning the streamId in the http stream, you can tell the useUIMessages which streams to not be streaming. Sorry there isn't already a good example published but all the pieces are there. if you could submit a PR with a working example it'd be very appreciated
