Link popup overflows on dashboard text editor

When adding a link to a text widget, the new layout aligned to the right makes the popup disappear on the right of the screen.

How to reproduce

• create a new text widget on dashboard
• try to add a link

Expected Result

• I see the popup fully

Current Result

• The popup is only partially visible.

• Not browser related
