/home/{{ gitlab_user }}/gitlab/.secure is not writable when run with sudo_user=root

Hi,

I tried your role on a vagrant image with sudo_user=root. It fails in the "run 'rake gitlab:setup' task" step, because the repo was cloned as root and the rake wants to create /home/{{ gitlab_user }}/gitlab/.secure

What's in .secure?
is it a file or a directory?
