Nothing at http://0.0.0.0:5000/

This may be an obvious thing, but for other beginners:

1. Run python create.py in cmd
2. See * Running on http://0.0.0.0:5000/ come up
3. In your browser go to http://0.0.0.0:5000/ and nothing is there!
4. Go to "http://localhost:5000" instead. Random generator is there.

(Again sorry if this is a basic thing! I'm hoping to save others a Google search.)
