Add example usages of watchbind

I think watchbind can do so many things new users might not even think about, and might slightly go under the radar because of that. Therefore, we should create a directory with examples with video/gif showcases, an own readme and well documented scripts/config files.
I am very open to suggestions by the community as well, so if you have a working use-case for watchbind, you are encouraged to create a PR! I'm very curious to see how other people use watchbind!
I will create further instructions on where exactly you should make your additions in a PR once I start adding examples myself.
