Issues with very long descriptions overflow git2gus work item creation

STR:

1. Create an issue with any name you want.
2. Download the attached txt and copy-paste its contents into the issue's description field.
3. Apply a label that should result in the creation of a Gus Work Item.

Expected behavior: The work item should be created.
Actualy behavior: Comment saying "Failed to create work item" (or something to that effect).
