add setMissionOptions to init

A3 2.18 will add this command: https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/setMissionOptions

I think it will be useful for us to turn all these options on by default.

Testing on dev (0903b21) - PASS

• In non-dedicated MP with a mission created directly from the template, getMissionsOptions returns all true as expected
