Flurry Push does not work on Android

Steps:

1. We integrated the Flurry Push into the application.
2. We used Manual integration.
3. We checked the implementation two times.
4. Added the right Push certification
5. Check the Campaign with Push token and it works.

Expected:
When we start the campaign the notifications should arrive to the device as in iOS cases.

Current:
It does not even shown as sent in Flurry.
