consult view tab-local buffers by default, showing other buffers by "o"

I had trouble with consult integration with consult version 20260105.1624, and bufferlo version 1.2 -- BufferLo non-local buffers does not show any buffer.
I know it was working before, but I was actively updating my emacs init file, and it suddenly did not work.

On a way to figure out why, I noticed that consult view tab-local buffers by default, and I can view non-local buffers by narrowing with "o".

Maybe it's worth mentioning it in README.

Thank you for using bufferlo and for your feedback.

There is an inconsistency in the README.org which had the first consult integration example showing ?b as the narrowing key for other buffers and the other showing ?o. I use ?o myself.

I will correct the first to say ?o and perhaps that will avoid the confusion, and include a link to the consult documentation sections on narrowing overview and the buffer narrowing (at the risk of the links breaking one day).

If people choose to use consult, which is an optional package, they need to consult consult's documentation as a matter of course for themselves.
